
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
There is no restriction in the system that you need to pickup on a specific day. However, there is a 7 day waiting period between orders. For example, if you want to switch your pickup day from Wednesdays to Sundays, you cannot order 4 days after your last order. The next available appointment would be the following Sunday. Orders can also only be placed 7 days in advance.
Our pantry relies entirely on donations at this time. What we have in stock is what has been provided to us by FeedMore for that week or through other donations. FeedMore has rotating stock depending on what has been donated to them. We do not have the funding at this time to purchase anything outside of donations. We hope to expand in the future!
If you miss your appointment time, your order will be cancelled and put away by the end of our business hours for that day. You can place a new order online for another time.
Our inventory is based on what we receive weekly from FeedMore. We only find out about a week in advance what FeedMore will be sending us. We log new food items each week and adjust our inventory accordingly.
Unfortunately we do not provide delivery at this time.

You do not have to be there the full shift, come and go as needed.
Nope! You can show up whenever you are able to join us. If you need your hours tracked, we have a log at the pantry.
Duties typically include picking and packing grocery orders, bringing groceries out to client's cars when they arrive for their appointments, and re-stocking the shelves with food.
In summer, we have a community garden where we grow organic fruits and vegetables. All of our produce is available for free for our food insecure clients. We aim to grow 400 lbs. of food each season.
